PORTOBELLO TACOS WITH FIERY FAJITA VEGETABLES

Slice peppers and onions into thin strips. Finely chop the jalapeños. Add olive oil to a hot frying pan and braise the vegetables over a medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

GRATINÉED AUBERGINES ON HERB COUSCOUS

Slice aubergines in half lengthways. Cut deep into the inner surface crosswise, taking care not to cut through the skin. Rub ½ tsp of salt into each half and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

MINI SEITAN ROULADES WITH GREEN BEANS ON FRESH LOOSE LEAF LETTUCE

 Mix together Seitan-Fix with cornflour, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Using a whisk, stir 2 tbsp of Tartex Vegetarian Pâté Green Pepper and tomato concentrate into hot water until dissolved. Stir in red wine vinegar and soy sauce.

COPENHAGEN BAGEL WITH ARTICHOKE PATÉ

Roughly chop artichoke hearts with Tartex Vegetarian Pâté Herbs, capers, maple syrup, cider vinegar, pepper and salt in a food processor or with a knife.

VIETNAMESE BAHN-MI SANDWICH

Slice carrots and radish into thin strips, mix with ½  tsp salt and rub together gently until coated. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.

Vibrant Grilled Sweet Potato Skewers with Spicy Dip

Boil the sweet potatoes in salted water for 20-25 minutes (depending on their size) until almost done. Peel the onions and dice into evenly-sized chunks along with the courgette, cherry tomatoes and corn.

Avocado Wraps with Tofu

Cut the chilli pepper in half lengthways, remove the core and seeds, wash the chilli and cut it into thin slices. Mix together the soya sauce, lime juice, half a teaspoon of sugar and half of the chilli.

Pineapple & Creamy Tofu Curry

Halve, clean and rinse the pepper and cut into strips. Drain the baby corn and bamboo shoots. Clean and rinse the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Peel the pineapple and chop into chunks.

Colorful Pasta Salad

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Collect 100 ml of the water when draining the pasta and set aside to cool. Dice the tomatoes and feta cheese. Rinse and clean the rocket and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Kidney Bean Burger

Purée the beans, onion, garlic, basil, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, cumin, caraway, 100 g Tartex Herbs Pâté and pepper in a blender. Add the breadcrumbs, cornflakes and soya flour and knead to make a smooth, firm paste.
