Vegabin

Purely vegetable binding agent.

Tartex Vegabin is a plant-based binding agent made from locust bean gum, which replaces flour, egg yolk or cornflour in health-conscious kitchens. Tartex Vegabin does not affect taste, is low in calories and sodium, is very economical, and contains purine-free raw materials. It has a high proportion of bulking agents and dietary fibres, and is free from digestible carbohydrates. Tartex Vegabin significantly increases the saturation value of soups, sauces, desserts and juices, thereby helping to save on calories.
