ISO 14001 Environmental Management

An integrated environmental management system ensures that the operational processes for climate protection and conservation are constantly in a state of ecological balance. This also includes responsible, eco-friendly operational and staff management. We set ourselves new goals each year, e.g. to save water and energy, and successfully promote our values.

 

IFS (International Food Standard)

This standard developed by the retail industry assesses food safety and guarantees reliable product quality: From production and packaging, to staff training and hygiene, to quality management controls – the entire system must be extensively and transparently documented.

 

Organic certification according to the EC Ordinance on Organic Farming

The official organic label on our products guarantees that all ingredients originate from controlled organic farming. This is based on strict legislations which are regularly assessed by nationally accredited inspection agencies. They monitor the entire production process, as well as the process documentation system.
